Whalehead Beach is one of most family friendly, wide open beaches you will find on the Outer Banks. This popular vacation destination spot features large homes and lots and is also near Corolla attractions.
This home is new to our rental program for 2010. Hip Nautic offers lots to do for the family. There is a private pool and hot tub and even a half bath and shower by the pool area (very convenient).
Six bedrooms and five full size baths. Bed sizes: 1 king, 4 queens, 2 bunk beds. Start your vacation right away ... the sheets and bath towels are furnished and we even make the beds before you check in. The king bedroom and two of the queen bedrooms have a private bath attached.
On the lower level is a game room with pool table. On the top floor, a screened porch offers another place to relax.
Nearby you will find two full service grocery stores, both are open all year. While on the Outer Banks make time to visit the Whalehead Club, The Currituck Lighthouse and take a drive to Carova to see the famous Corolla Wild Horses. Once the kids are out of the pool, tell them to get dressed and be sure to take in the Lost Colony Outdoor Drama on Roanoke Island. It is a little drive to Manteo but well worth it.
Something for everyone regarding restaurant choices... from pizza to pasta, fresh seafood, bbq and bagels.
